Product Attributes :

The CK6130 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat-bed turning machine built for small precision parts. It swings 300 mm over the bed and 130 mm over the slide, with a 48 mm spindle bore that passes 40 mm bar through the hollow chuck pull rod. A precision spindle, ball screws and high-precision guideways hold 0.01 mm repeat positioning on both axes.

Product Description

CK6130 CNC Lathe

The CK6130 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat-bed turning machine built for small precision parts and small-to-medium batch production. It swings 300 mm over the bed and 130 mm over the slide, and the 48 mm spindle bore accepts bar stock up to 40 mm through the hollow chuck pull rod. The spindle turns up to 2200 rpm, and the feed axes travel 280 mm in X and 500 mm in Z with 0.01 mm repeat positioning accuracy on both. The machine completes external turning, internal machining, facing, grooving and threading in a single setup, which removes both handling time and datum error from the part.

Key Features

  • Max. swing over bed Φ300 mm, max. swing over slide Φ130 mm
  • Spindle hole diameter Φ48 mm with Φ40 mm bar capacity through the hollow chuck pull rod
  • Spindle speed limit 2200 rpm for high-speed precision turning
  • X axis stroke 280 mm and Z axis stroke 500 mm
  • X and Z repeat positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm
  • Compact footprint of 1600 × 1100 × 1650 mm
  • High-rigidity bed structure for stability and vibration resistance
  • Precision spindle, precision ball screws and high-precision guideways
  • GSK CNC system and four-station turret as standard, with manual three-jaw chuck
  • Automatic tool changing and automatic bar feeder available as options

Rigid Flat Bed Structure

The CK6130 is built on a high-rigidity bed casting that keeps the machine stiff under interrupted and continuous cuts alike. That rigidity is what makes the 0.01 mm repeat positioning accuracy on the X and Z axes hold up over a shift rather than only on a warm-up test piece. The short, well-damped structure also keeps the machine envelope down to 1600 × 1100 × 1650 mm, so the lathe fits a small workshop, a cell beside existing equipment, or several units in a row without re-planning the shop floor.

Precision Spindle, Ball Screws and Guideways

The machine pairs a high-performance spindle with precision ball screws and high-precision guideways on the feed axes. The result is high positioning accuracy, low-friction motion and a smooth, repeatable cut. In production that shows up as a tighter dimensional spread on shafts, sleeves and threaded parts, and as a lower scrap rate across a shift. Because the CK6130 performs external turning, internal machining, facing, grooving and threading without re-clamping, every operation removed from the route is also a datum error removed from the workpiece.

CNC System, Turret and Configuration Options

The CK6130 ships with a GSK CNC system, a four-station turret and a manual three-jaw chuck as standard. FANUC and Siemens controls can be supplied where the operator prefers a familiar platform, and the turret can be specified with 6, 8 or 12 stations. A hydraulic chuck is available for higher clamping force and shorter cycle times, and an automatic bar feeder can be fitted so the lathe keeps producing without an operator loading each workpiece. An automatic chip removal system is available as an option. That means the same machine can start as a stand-alone lathe and later be grown into a lightly automated cell without being replaced.

Applications and Materials

The CK6130 is used in automotive parts, electronics and electrical appliances, medical devices, hardware processing, instrumentation, machinery manufacturing, mould components and general precision parts production. It is particularly suited to volume production of shafts, sleeves, discs, connectors and threaded components. It machines carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys and copper alloys. The actual application depends on the workpiece material, size and machining requirements.

Why Choose CK6130

The CK6130 is the step up from a mini lathe for shops that have outgrown one but do not need a full-size machine. It combines a 300 mm swing over bed, a 48 mm spindle bore and 2200 rpm with 0.01 mm repeat positioning on X and Z, then adds automatic tool changing and bar-feed options so it can keep running unattended. The compact 1600 × 1100 × 1650 mm footprint means several units fit where a single large lathe would not. Overseas after-sales service and CE certified machines are provided.
