GMC1813 CNC Gantry Milling Machine
The GMC1813 is a heavy-duty, high-precision, and high-rigidity CNC gantry milling machining center. Featuring a three-axis travel of X1800 × Y1300 × Z770 mm, a worktable size of 2000 × 1000 mm, and a maximum load capacity of 4 tons, the machine weighs approximately 16 tons in total, classifying it as a medium-sized, heavy-duty gantry machining system.
Features of Gantry type CNC milling machine
The machine features an integrated, heavy-duty cast iron bed combined with a box-section crossbeam and a wide-span gantry structure. Subjected to aging treatment, it exhibits exceptional rigidity, superior vibration damping, and long-term precision stability. It is equipped with a high-torque BT50 spindle (15/18.5 kW), heavy-duty roller linear guides, and precision pre-tensioned ball screws. Paired with a mainstream CNC control system (GSK, Syntec, or Fanuc options available), the machine enables multi-process machining—including milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping—in a single clamping setup. It serves as an ideal processing solution for large-scale parts such as molds, plates, box-type components, and machine frames.
