All castings of CNC lathes are made of resin sand, which has high dimensional accuracy, strong rigidity, and good surface quality. The castings have undergone artificial aging and vibration aging treatment to reduce and homogenize the residual stress of each workpiece, prevent workpiece deformation, and improve machine tool performance. Wear resistance, stability, and vibration resistance enable the machine tool to perform continuous high-speed processing stably for a long time.

The CNC lathe bed adopts an integral box-type casting structure, and the overall rigidity of the bed is good, which is convenient for the operator to load and unload and automatically remove chips.
