Features Of Vertical Machine Center

Vertical Machine Center is mainly suitable for processing complex workpieces such as plates, discs, molds and shells. The biggest processing feature is that it can centrally process various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, reaming and tapping of the workpiece through the tool magazine and automatic tool changer under the condition of one-time clamping of the workpiece.

The Vertical Machine Center has a high rigidity of the main shaft because the machine body is integrally cast. It is suitable for processing workpieces or molds with a large amount of milling. It can also be roughed or finished for large molds and materials with relatively high hardness.
